Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

We also accept product exchanges within the same time window and condition requirements.

Return Window and Product Condition

  • Return/Exchange Window: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 6 days of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that are used, altered, damaged, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.

How to Return

  • Returns must be made at a designated drop-off location. Details will be shared once your return request is approved.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@thepuranijeans.com with your order number and reason for return. Attach clear photos if the item is defective or damaged.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking or handling fees. The return is free of cost for you.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was received in a defective or incorrect condition.
