The Purani Jeans - Cancellation & Refund Policy
At The Purani Jeans, we take great care to ensure you have a seamless shopping
experience.
All our products are handcrafted with love using high-quality brand-new jeans fabric,
ensuring both durability and style. We provide detailed images of our products from multiple
angles and often include common objects inside the bags to help you understand the size
and dimensions better.
We also offer magnified views of the fabric and material used, so you can get a closer look at
the texture and craftsmanship before making a purchase.
Once your purchase is complete, each product undergoes a thorough Quality Check before
being dispatched via our trusted courier partners.
As our products are made with utmost care, we encourage you to make an informed
decision before purchasing. Since unpacked products cannot be resold in many cases, we
only accept limited return and cancellation requests.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have any concerns regarding the product you received, please send images of the
unused product from all sides to us at sales@thepuranijeans.com within 2 days of
receiving your order. Our team will inspect the case and guide you on the next steps. Please
ensure that the product is in its original condition with intact packaging.
Important Notes:
● Requests may be rejected if the product is not in its original condition upon
inspection.
● We do not accept any exchange or return requests for products purchased during a
SALE.
● The return or exchange process typically takes 10 to 15 working days, depending
on your shipping location.
Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us at
sales@thepuranijeans.com with images of the item and order number within 2 days of
receiving your package. Our team will review your case and guide you with the next steps if
it qualifies for a replacement.
Please note that we do not offer returns in such cases. The delivery timeline for your
replacement will depend on your location.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
Refund delays typically happen due to processing issues between your bank and our
payment partner. In most cases, these transactions are automatically resolved within 7-8
working days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing delays.
3. Reach out to your bank for further clarification.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at

Gift Card Usage
The Purani Jeans gift card can be applied at checkout on our website.
How to Use a Gift Card:
● On the Cart Page, click on 'HAVE A GIFT CARD?'
● Enter the coupon code received via email at checkout.
● The amount will be automatically deducted from your total payable amount.
For any issues while using your gift card, reach out to sales@thepuranijeans.com, and our
team will be happy to assist you.
Note: In case of a return, the refund will be issued as a The Purani Jeans Gift Card, which
can be used for future purchases on our website. We do not offer monetary refunds.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, please email us at sales@thepuranijeans.com before it is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
A 2% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made prior to dispatch. The cancellation
process typically takes 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation once
your request is processed.
